Meet Our Team
Lance Besaw
Co-Owner
Lance has over 31 years of experience on Jewelers Row. He was a manager of a successful store for 19 years and has been an owner for the last 5 years. Lance is very knowledgeable in every part of the jewelry industry and his passion for jewelry shows through in his work.
Maureen Plitt
Co-Owner
Maureen has been in the jewelry industry for over 15 years. She has worked in every phase of the business and is one of only a few women owners on Jewelers Row. Maureen has worked in both the wholesale and retail end of the jewelry business. She has a very extensive and loyal following which is a reflection of her knowledge and love of the jewelry business.
